  • Responsibilities

    The Behavioral Analyst is responsible for evaluation of clients and the development and implementation of behavioral treatment plans.  Works with other interdisciplinary team members for treatment planning and implementation. Provides crisis intervention, consultation and training to staff.  Creates and conducts training programs for staff, clients and families as well as individual and family counseling.   

     

    Core Qualifications:

     

    Limited license or full license in Psychology

    Master’s Degree in Psychology/Counseling

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst - preferred

    Ability to implement behavioral treatment plans

    Leadership skills

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Ability and willingness to learn new skills

    Ability and willingness to set priorities

    Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member

    Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.

    Acceptable driving record

    Acceptable under the State of Michigan's Good Moral

     

    Additional Qualifications:

     

    Previous experience working with the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) population preferred

    Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
